As for the Germans, you can never write them off. I would have said the same about Italy if Lippi had stayed on after the World Cup, but Donadoni looked completely dazed during the second half yesterday. Totally agree, Graham. Well, the game changed completely on 1 decision, where 2 Dutch players were YARDS off side and that gave the dutch more freedom and their on the break football looked, well, brilliant... but how many times have we seen this? A brilliant performance only to end in severe choking at the end of the tournament and by the way, the Germans usually wobble early on and look poor and yet are always there at the end, so yes, Italy.... we'll see.....
